Refund Policy
If you have questions about refunds, you can always contact us at support@hyred.com.
We aim to deliver quality videos to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with Hyred, we are happy to offer you a credit, meaning a discount code equal to the value of your assignment, or a refund if:
- 1. You created an assignment and want to cancel it.
This must be indicated within 180 days and before you have accepted a creator.
- 2. You have not sent your product to the creator within 14 days after accepting a creator and no longer wish to continue with the assignment.
A refund or credit in this case is only possible within that 14-day period.
- 3. You have not received a video within 30 days after the creator received your product.
In such cases we require proof of delivery. We will also compensate the COGS, Cost of Goods Sold, of your product. This is how much it costs to produce your products or services, excluding indirect costs such as distribution expenses and sales staff costs. You must provide proof of COGS.
Hyred.nl is not responsible for compensating COGS or related costs in cases where shipped products do not reach the creator, for example because of an invalid tracking number, a package returned to sender, lack of delivery confirmation, or products delivered damaged. If you are not satisfied with the delivered service, you can always contact us. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Customers can hire scriptwriters as an extra option with an assignment. Scriptwriting is carried out immediately when the user pays for the assignment. This amount is non-refundable from the total assignment price.
In addition, a different refund policy applies to vouchers or credit packs that can be purchased from Hyred. As long as the credit pack is unused, you can request your money back within 14 days after purchase. After this 14-day period, it is no longer possible to request a refund for the purchased credit pack. It is not possible to request a refund for purchased assignments paid through the credit pack.

Refunds
We will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
