Who we are

Hyred is operated by Hyred VOF, based in the Netherlands. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Hyred,” we mean Hyred VOF.

What we collect

We collect data you give us, technical data needed to run the site, and limited analytics, marketing, booking, and embedded-content data through the tools described below.

  • Information you submit through forms.

Name, business email, phone number, company website, and the answers you give in our qualification forms (revenue range, monthly ad spend, number of countries, team size). We use this to decide whether we are a good fit, contact you, and prepare a proposal.

  • Technical information.

When you load a page we receive your IP address, browser user-agent, and the country that Cloudflare resolves from your IP. We use this to fight abuse, provide language defaults, and produce aggregated traffic statistics.

  • Cookies and similar storage.

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB. Some are strictly necessary, for example to remember your selected language, store cookie-consent choices, keep forms secure, or make embedded booking tools work. Others help us measure performance, improve the site, or run advertising campaigns.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to you.

If you fill in a contact or qualification form, we use the information to reply.

  • To prevent abuse.

We rate-limit requests and use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that form submissions come from a real person and not an automated script.

  • To run the service.

Hosting, security logging, error monitoring, and customer support.

  • To improve and market Hyred.

We use analytics, session-quality, attribution, and advertising tools to understand which pages and campaigns work, improve the site, and reach relevant business audiences.

Cookies and similar technologies

The exact cookies and storage keys can change when our providers update their services, but the categories below describe the tools currently used or embedded on the site:

  • Necessary and preference storage.

Hyred stores language and consent preferences. Cloudflare and our hosting/security stack may set cookies for load balancing, bot protection, site speed, and error handling.

  • Booking and payment-related storage.

Our meeting page embeds Calendly. Calendly and its providers, including Stripe, Cloudflare, Google reCAPTCHA/gstatic, Segment, Sprig/UserLeap, and Datadog, may set cookies or browser storage needed for scheduling, fraud prevention, availability, diagnostics, and product analytics inside the embedded booking flow.

  • Analytics and site-performance storage.

We use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, server-side tag endpoints, and site-speed or browser-performance services to understand traffic, page performance, interactions, and errors.

  • Marketing and attribution storage.

Marketing providers such as Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and related tag infrastructure may set identifiers to measure campaigns, attribute visits, and support advertising audiences. Where you submit details or create an account, conversion tags may also receive contact details such as email address, name, phone number, country, city, and postcode for matching and measurement.

  • Embedded media and social content.

Pages with embedded or third-party media, including YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord-hosted media, and similar providers, may cause those providers to set their own cookies or local storage when their content is loaded or played.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as is needed to follow up on your enquiry, and after that for our legitimate business records (typically up to 24 months). Technical logs are kept for a shorter period — usually 30 to 90 days — for security and debugging purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see “Your rights” below.

Third parties we share data with

We only share data with service providers that help us run Hyred. Each of them processes your data on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the Turnstile bot-protection challenge that runs invisibly on our forms.
  • n8n — the automation engine that routes new form submissions to our internal tools.
  • monday.com — CRM where new leads from our forms are stored.
  • Backblaze B2 — object storage for images and video assets shown on the site. No personal form data is stored here.
  • Calendly — embedded appointment scheduling on the meeting page.
  • Stripe — payment and fraud-prevention infrastructure used inside Calendly’s embedded booking flow.
  • Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads attribution, and reCAPTCHA/gstatic services used directly or inside embedded third-party flows.
  • Microsoft Clarity — behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session-quality diagnostics.
  • Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok — advertising attribution, campaign measurement, social embeds, and related audience tools.
  • PostHog, Segment, Sprig/UserLeap, and Datadog — product analytics, diagnostics, surveys, experimentation, and embedded-tool monitoring.
  • YouTube, Discord-hosted media, and other embedded-content providers — delivery of third-party media shown or embedded on selected pages.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to confirm that form submissions are made by a person rather than an automated script. When you interact with a form, Turnstile may collect a limited amount of information from your browser (such as user-agent, language, screen size, and browser events) and process your IP address in order to decide whether to issue a challenge. This processing happens on Cloudflare’s infrastructure under our agreement with them.

For a full description of what Cloudflare collects on our behalf and how it is used, please read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and their Privacy Policy. By submitting a form on this site you accept this processing.

International transfers

Our service providers are based in the EU and the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, and request a copy in a portable format. Email support@hyred.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children

Hyred is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
